This means that there is a process running on your PC that is blocking the ADB (Android Debugging Bridge) connection to the device. You need to stop this process before trying to install the app.

  1. Right-click the Windows start menu,

  2. open the Task Manager,

  3. search for the process called adb.exe,

  4. select this process,

  5. end this task using the button in the top bar,

  6. now you can try again install/uninstall process on the web.

If this did not help, try to look for some other apps that could be using the ADB, like our tConnect Installer - Desktop, Scrcpy, Android Studio, or any terminal running some process.
