Device preparation - Android 12 and newer

This chapter provides step-by-step manual how to set up Android device (mobile/tablet) with Android 12 or newer Android operating system.

 Instructions

Step-by-step guide:

1. First, we have to go through the initial setup of the tablet.

Open

Choose language and press “Start”

Open

Confirm checkbox and press “Next”

2. After the initial step, you should be in the tablet Main screen.

3. Go to Settings → About tablet

4. After clicking 7 times (magic) on “Build number” you should get a message: “You are now a developer”.

5. If message not appear, probably you already are a developer.

6. Proceed to Developer options (Settings → System → Developer Options)

7. Inside the developer options find USB debugging and turn it on. You should immediately get a pop-up dialog like this.

8. Connect device with your laptop/computer via cable and run tConnect Installer.
