How to force-stop tConnect?

If the app is still running after entering the correct PIN to close the app, you can try to force-stop the app. To do so, follow these steps:

1. take your Android device and exit the tConnect app

   1. by entering the exit PIN, or

   2. by pressing the Home button,

2. locate the tConnect app and long-press the icon,

3. open the ‘App info and click the ‘Force Stop’ button.
