How to set up the TCS
TCS as an extension of AOSÂ
For the proper operation of TCS, it is necessary to set up the TCS part in the AOS system. The picture above describes a simple node setup for running TCS. These two nodes communicate together according to an arrow orientation. In the case above, the left node sends orders to the right node (the gatekeeper is sending orders to the forklift operator).
Node 1 (Porter)
Â
Â
Node 1 is a node, which creates orders for the forklift drivers. In the TCS case select the user who will be registering trucks (in our case it will be our Gate Keeper).
Also, select the Auto-send and Auto-item selections. It means, that order will be created and joined with the item automatically. Also, we need to create a new item (Truck) and add it to the Packages.
It is very important to set up nodes according to the above instructions, otherwise, the system will not work properly.
Node 2 (Forklift)
Node 2 is a node that contains devices that receive orders from node 1. Select work roles and members for this node. Select the correct operations which the forklift driver can provide. From packages select packages which forklifts can work with.Â
