How to upload a new model?
If you wish to update the current 3D model of your digital twin, you can re-upload the model.
This process involves computation, rendering, and uploading, which can take about an hour. You will receive an email notification once the update is complete.
This feature is available only to self-onboarded users; Enterprise users must contact us for assistance.
The newly uploaded model will replace the existing one.

Supported file formats: .fbx (Binary) and .obj
File size up to 100MB
Steps
In Places → Branches → Edit, there is an available button Select Model.
After clicking on the button, the ordinary file selector opens.
Select your model and confirm the selection.
