Troubleshooting

One of the most challenging aspects of data integration is ensuring the correctness and validity of date and time entries.

tSheet utilizes Google's datetime object and input validation mechanisms to manage this data, but errors can still occur. These mistakes are most common when date and time data is pasted from external sources. It is important to double-check these entries for accuracy to avoid potential issues with your data integration process.

Invalid date pop-up.

If the date and time entered are not valid or the imported data is incorrect, follow these steps to address the issue:

  1. set the spreadsheet localization,

    1. go to the File → Settings,

      Go to the settings
    2. choose your location and confirm selection by pressing ‘Save settings’.

  1. If the step 1 did not helped, mark date cells and set formatting type again.,

    1. mark cells with the date time,

    2. go to Format → Number and select ‘Date time’ and that should help.
