When the client branch is created, you need to create sectors. Our recommendation is to create one sector for each floor of your factory.
How to create a new sector?
To create a new sector, follow these steps:
Navigate Places → Sectors,
click the ‘PLUS’ button at the top,
3. fill out the details about your sector
Dimensions of the layout have to be a dimension of the entire image as built in real life. Otherwise the calculations and position of devices will not be working properly.
4. after saving, import the factory layout and press ‘UPLOAD’.
Please, use as small a layout as possible, no more than 1MB! With the larger layouts the loading time will be longer.
