To get a notification on your tViewer app you have to set a simple logic, for when should be a notification sent.

Notification fields:

  • Notification title - name of the notification,

  • Notification message - notificataion text shown at tViewer app,

  • Check name - choose the check to be inspected,

  • Active - checkbox, if notification is active,

  • User list - select the users to be notified,

  • Conditions - set condition, when notification will send:

    • When status - select changes (no other options)

    • From - To - select level from - to:

      • Any

      • Unknown

      • OK

      • Info

      • Warning

      • Critical

Example

In the example below, we have created a ‘Temperature Server Room’ check in the Checks tab. We set in this notification window, that the notification will be sent only to the user ‘James Bond’ to his tViewer app when the ‘Temperature Server Room’ check’s status changed from ‘any’ to ‘Warning’.

After double click on the notification, the tViewer app will be open.
