This chapter provides a step-by-step manual on how to install the tConnect app by using the tConnect installer.

  1. Download the newest tConnect Installer app and tConnect app provided by your twinzo contact person or download them here:

    1. tConnect Windows/Linux Installer,,

    2. tConnect Android app,

  2. Unzip tConnect Installer to a folder of your choice. Unzipped The unzipped folder will look something like this.

  1. Keep all the checkboxes checked and press Install.

  2. after the installation, the tConnect app will start with proper permissions already granted.

We do not recommend setting Admin Mode for personal mobile devices. Admin mode allows the tConnect app to control some part parts of the device. More about Admin Mode here.
