Admin mode is option which allows tConnect app control some part of the device. In some case it is very helpful functionality. Reason why to allow admin mode during installation tConnect app:
Lock screen - screen can be locked with the tConnect app on the screen. It is possible to exit tConnect app with the PIN code and use tablet in usual way.
Automatic update - tConnect app can be update remotely without human input.
Remove special app - some preinstalled app can not be uninstalled by user. But with the Admin mode it is possible to “hide” this application (like Youtube,…).
Kiosk mode - tConnect can be used as kiosk mode.
Better battery life and faster device - admin mode close some unnecessary apps running in the background so the battery life is a bit longer and device is faster.
