If the date and time entered are not valid or the imported data is incorrect, follow these steps to address the issue:
set the spreadsheet localization,
go to the File → Settings,
Go to the settingschoose your location and confirm selection by pressing ‘Save settings’.
If the step 1 did not helped, mark date cells and set formatting type again.,
mark cells with the date time,
go to Format → Number and select ‘Date time’ and that should help.
