How to receive a new order?

Send order

Sometimes there are In cases of chain orders, where an order is send passed along multiple times points (e.g., Sender → Forklift 1 → Forklift 2 → … → Receiver). “Send” , the "Send" button is for this purpose. After clicking on the button, you will see a dialog with the recipients, similar to the dialog shown after creating an order, where you can choose used. Clicking this button opens a dialog similar to the one displayed when creating an order. Here, you can select the next recipient in the chain to whom you want to send the order and sent it. This option has to be allowed in AOS configuration.

Abort order

If you cannot deliver the order for some reason, for example you don´t have the items needed for the order, you can abort it. After clicking on the “Abort” button, a pop-up note will appear, where you can write the reason for the order abortionare unable to deliver an order due to issues such as lacking the required items, you have the option to abort it. To do this, click the "Abort" button, which will prompt a pop-up where you can enter the reason for aborting the order. Discard order
