Navigate Places → Sectors,
click the ‘PLUS’ button at the top,

Dimensions of the layout have to be a dimension of the entire image as built in real life. Otherwise the calculations and position of devices will not be working properly. |
after saving, import the factory layout and press ‘UPLOAD’.
