In this chapter we will discuss the basics of the application usage from view of the one who deliver the order.
📖 Step-by-step manual for order receiver.
The initial step, following the application launch, involves selecting your designated role. This action is imperative only if the default role has not been pre-assigned. For comprehensive guidance on configuring the default role, please refer to the following informational resource: How to set the default work role for a device/sensor/user?
The default screen primarily displays orders that have been created but remain incomplete. Default screen closely resembles that of an orderer, except lacking the addition of a '+' button. This configuration may vary depending on the settings specified in the AOS.
The initial step involves selecting the order you intend to work on and subsequently accepting it. Upon acceptance, the order's status will be updated, enabling you to proceed with further actions. The list of orders is organized chronologically, with the oldest orders appearing first.
Upon delivering an order, you are presented with up to five available options. Number of the available options depends on the AOS configuration.
Deliver
Complete
Send
Abort
Discard
Deliver order
If you have prepared all the material and you just brought it to the creator of the order (order sender), you can confirm your delivery. This type of delivery needs to be completed by the receiver (order sender) on his tablet, to be successfully finished.
If you want to add a note, a pop-up dialog will appear where you can write it.
Complete order
If you have prepared all the material and you just brought it to the creator of the order (order sender), you can complete order. This type of delivery does not have to be completed by the receiver (order sender).
Send order
Sometimes there are chain orders, where order is send multiple times (Sender → Forklift 1 → Forklift 2 → … → Receiver). “Send” button is for this purpose. After clicking on the button, you will see a dialog with the recipients, similar to the dialog shown after creating an order, where you can choose to whom you want to send the order and sent it. This option has to be allowed in AOS configuration.
Abort order
If you cannot deliver the order for some reason, for example you don´t have the items needed for the order, you can abort it. After clicking on the “Abort” button, a pop-up note will appear, where you can write the reason for the order abortion. If the issue is resolved, for example the items are re-stocked, you can accept the order again.
Discard order
If the sender has created an incorrect order by mistake, it can be discarded. After clicking on the “Discard” button, a pop-up note will appear in which you can write the reason, why you are discarding the order.
